Tips for sharp mockups
Match the screenshot to the frame. Each frame is built around a real screen resolution — a 1290×2796 screenshot for the Dynamic Island iPhone, 1080×2400 for Pixel. Feeding in the matching size means no cropping; anything else is centre-cropped to fill the display.
Export at 3× for print or Retina. 1× is fine for inline docs; 3× gives you a high-resolution asset for App Store galleries and landing-page heroes without any upscaling blur.
Use transparent for flexibility. A transparent-background PNG drops onto any design later. Pick a gradient here only when you want the framed shot to be self-contained — say, a ready-to-post social image.
